I thought things would be different now that I'm an adult. I don't know if I was snubbed accidentally or on purpose (for an event), but it stings just the same. I can't imagine why this person would forget to tell me about this, since other people know. We were just talking the other day. I dunno. Moving around sucks, but it's also a good thing. This way I can't get attached to potential poisonous friendships.
