I think dried spicy tofu rocks. Also the fermented kind that smells like dirty diapers. And this is not the pregnancy hormones talking, dont judge me! lolz!

Ha, its next to impossible to get the stinky tofu (thats the common name) in most parts of the US, because it smells so foul (its a late night Taiwanese street food). But the dried tofu is really awesome, you can find it next to the soy milk in most asian markets. It comes in brown blocks and is pretty firm. If you are trying to ease someone into eating tofu for the first time, I recommend the dried. My husband is Chinese, so we eat some sort of tofu each day pretty much.

Ha Nina, mix it with hot sauce and garlic! (a LOT of hot sauce)

It was an acquired taste for me and I really wasnt won over until I started getting exposed to authentic asian food (chicken feet and all). For me, its got to have the right texture... and deep fried tofu is a total win. haha.
