I've lost my pregnancy weight!!! lol yay! Only took me 5.5 months! I'm not 18 anymore, that's for sure! It's amazing how much longer it takes as you get older... here's a time line for anyone curious...
1st kid at 18 years old, 4 WEEKS to lose weight and get back in old jeans.
2nd kid at 19 yrs old, 6 WEEEKS " "
3rd kid at 21 yrs old, 6 WEEKS " "
4th kid at 24 yrs old, 4 MONTHS " "
5th kid at 27 yrs old, 5.5 MONTHS '' ''

I'm NOT complaining though! I feel damn blessed to have had 5 kids and be 110 pounds!

Well, I think keeping active helps. Even if it's just cleaning the house and taking baby for a walk- it's still moving!
I did a lot of the 30 Day Shred Challenge by Jillian Michaels- LOVE it!
I also went Vegetarian so that cut the fat WAY down, but since I'm nursing and need 1800 calories a day, that gave me room for kit kats so that was good for morale lol.
Even though I've lost the weight, I still feel... not myself quite yet. I need to do more toning. So right now my focus is on toning and maintaining my weight.

Calorie counting sux, but it's really helpful to know how much you're taking in everyday. I counted calories for awhile till I had a basic understanding of what I need to eat everyday (as well as what to avoid), now I don't count calories, but have a basic idea how much I'm taking in everyday.

Oh and of course- drink tons of water and be sure to take in plenty of fiber and protein Smile

I've JUST been about to fit back into my old pants... and thats only a few of my bigger pairs. I think my hips are finally going back into place. It seems like it's taken forever with this last pregnancy!
