Mum to a special needs child, and having a rough day? Mum to several children and feeling overwhelmed? This is a guilt-free, judgment-free zone where you can express anger, frustration, or even - gasp - regret. You can vent about non-mum stuff, too. Only positive responses and encouragement are allowed, but please specify whether or not you want help finding a solution or you just want to vent, and we'll oblige.
