Cool Mom, Bad Kid

Have you ever been in a situation where a friend of yours had a terribly behaved child or they just didn't discipline their child properly?

I've been in the situation where I've wanted to hang out with a friend or relative, but I knew they would have to bring their unruly kid along, so I didn't even bother calling. Is that bad?

I usually don't get along with the Moms who let their kids run wild lol.
